March 22nd by the remaining members
of [ReX]. Since then, it has built on that foundation,  and has made a name for itself in SOCOM forums and webpages. The members who currently make up the clan, are elite SOCOM players. They the best of the best in their field of expertise, whether it be sniping, demolitions, stealth, handguns, or assaults. The reason the  >EoS< clan is different from other clans: It never gives up no matter what the odds are.

Rules to be Followed In the Clan

-We do not tolerate cheating or glitchers.
-We do not tolerate racial slurs or defamatory, derrogatory comments are strictly forbidden.
-Anyone who wants to rub it in the face of the enemy when they win should be ostracised from SOCOM all together. The  >EoS< clan will not be represented in any such ways. This does not include shooting a person once they are dead. That is good fun (haha). These rules pertain to someone who talks trash to a person after the game, while people are preparing for the next round. Of course, if someone talks trash to you first, you should feel free to defend yourself.
-We do not tolerate insubordination. If you are disrespectful to a higher ranking member you will be WARNED. If this happens again, you will be SUSPENDED for the duration of 2 weeks. If a player's insubordination to higher ranking officers still remains after being suspened, you will be removed fromt he  >EoS< clan, and no longer will you be able to display the  >EoS< badge.
-If you disobey direct orders, you will be removed from the clan and no longer permitted to display the  >EoS< badge. You will not receive a warning or suspension. Disobeying Direct Orders is a more severe punishment than insubordination. The difference between insubordination and disobeying direct orders is that: Insubordination is showing disrespect to a higher ranking officer. Disobeying direct orders, is DELIBERITLY not following an order given out by a higher ranking officer.
-If you misrepresent the  >EoS< clan in any way, you will be removed from the clan and no longer permitted to display the  >EoS< badge.
-If by chance you are removed from the clan, your name will be posted on Gamefaqs, telling the entire gaming community that you are a disrespectful player, who is to be avoided when recruiting players. Not only will you be removed from the clan, your reputation will be severely maimed.

 >EoS< Match Rules in Conjunction with Socombattles.com

Rules Specific To Clans
If at any point in the match 3 or more players from each clan drop (this means a minimum of six players drop) it will be considered a mass boot and the map both clans were on WILL be replayed.
Pre-Match Setup
The maps must all be set too random or may be agreed in advance by both clans.
Friendly fire will not be enabled.
The higher ranked team chooses which side they want for the first map, then the following map the lower ranked team will choose which side they want. If a third game is necessary the team who has won the most rounds in the previous two games will choose the side they want (if both teams have won the same amount of rounds, the higher ranked team will choose).
All matches will consist of 3 games. The first team to win 2 games is the winner.
In the event a team wins the match prior playing all 3 games, the final map need not be played unless both teams agree.
All matches must be played from start to finish until a winner is determined.
Server Crashes/Player Drops
In the event of a server crash the map both teams were on WILL be replayed.
Should a player drop during the match, the match will continue without them until they return or a player from his roster replaces him.
Team Rosters Are Important!
Players playing in the match MUST be registered under their specific team in order to participate in a match. Generally, the player must be a part of their team when the challenge is accepted.
A team cannot recruit a player(s) for just one specific match.
Ringers are not allowed.
No player is allowed to be in more than 1 team while in this ladder, no exceptions!
Between Maps
Between maps a team is allowed 5 minutes to reassemble their teammates before the next map must be launched, if a teams teammates are not all in the room after the 5 minute time limit then the next map is to be launched regardless of how many players a certain team may be down (this keeps the match moving at a steady pace). This rule however does NOT apply at the beginning of a match when no maps have been played yet.
Glitching
If you feel that a certain individual/team is glitching, please relay this information to an admin as soon as possible. This is an extreme violation and will not be tolerated by any admin from SocomBattles. However, do not throw around accusations of glitching without adequate proof.
If you are found to be indeed glitching while in a match your team will forfeit the match and be moved to the bottom of the ladder. Should a second infraction occur then your team will be dropped from the SocomBattles ladder indefinitely.
What is a Glitch?
Any glitch where you are behind a wall is illegal.
You cannot pass through any solid objects to get anywhere. (See: Abandoned window, Blizzard roof and FrostFire roof.)
Claymores cannot be used to jump in otherwise inaccessible places.
The use of "soft spots" in the ground/rocks in certain levels is not permitted. (See: Bitter Jungle)
Reporting Outcome
The losing team will report the loss.
Teams are given 1 hour to report the loss. If not reported, just contact an admin and they will handle it.
If your team does not report a match, it will result in loss as well a warning from SocomBattles. After 3 warnings your team will be removed.
The losing team may not re-challenge the winning team for 7 days.
No-show/No-response
If a team does not show up within 30 minutes of the scheduled match time, it will be considered a no-show.
If a team does not respond to a challenge within 3 days, it will be considered a no-response.
In the event your team does not show up for a match, or respond to a challenge, your team will result in getting a warning. If it happens a second time it will be treated as a loss to the other team (this results in loss of XP as well) and you will be issued a second warning. If it happens a third time, you will be placed on probationary status. This means your team will be deleted, for said amount of time given by admin, then when time is done you may come back to the league, but start over as unranked.
Misc.
The R3 reload slide trick will be allowed.
